Complete guide for vendors to use the Sunsky OpenAPI Plugin features in their marketplace stores.

Getting Started

As a vendor, you can access Sunsky features from your vendor dashboard after:

Your vendor account is approved by admin

You have an active subscription package

The Sunsky plugin is enabled for vendors

Accessing Sunsky Features

From your Vendor Dashboard, look for the Sunsky section in the sidebar menu.

Product Import

Browsing the Catalog

Go to Sunsky → Browse Products

Use filters to find products:

- Category - Price range - Stock status - Keywords

Importing Products

Select products you want to sell

Click Add to My Store

Set your selling price (markup)

Choose your store category

Confirm import

Your import limits depend on your subscription package.

Setting Your Prices

The plugin shows:

Sunsky Price: Your cost from supplier
Suggested Price: Auto-calculated with markup
Your Price: Editable selling price

Managing Your Products

View and manage imported products:

Go to Sunsky → My Products

See stock status and last sync time

Edit prices and descriptions

Enable/disable products

Hot Items (Extended License Only)

This feature requires the admin to have an Extended License.

Hot Items are trending products you can quickly add:

Go to Sunsky → Hot Items

Browse current trending products

Click to view details

Import directly to your store

Hot Item Limit: Check your subscription package for limits.

Orders

Viewing Orders

Go to Orders in your dashboard

Filter by Sunsky orders

See order status and tracking

Order Processing

When a customer orders a Sunsky product:

You receive the order notification

Collect payment from customer

The order is submitted to Sunsky

Sunsky ships directly to customer

You receive tracking information

Tracking Shipments

Each order shows:

Sunsky order number
Shipping carrier
Tracking number
Estimated delivery

Subscription Packages

Your subscription determines your features:

Checking Your Package

Go to Account → Subscription

View your current plan

See features included

Check renewal date
