Admin Manual

Complete guide for administrators to configure and manage the Sunsky OpenAPI Plugin.

Dashboard Overview

After activation, you'll see a new Sunsky menu in your admin panel with these sections:

  • Dashboard - Overview of imports, orders, and statistics
  • Products - Manage imported Sunsky products
  • Categories - Manage product categories
  • Import - Import products from Sunsky catalog
  • Orders - Manage Sunsky orders
  • Settings - Plugin configuration
  • License - License activation and status

Settings Configuration

General Settings

Navigate to SunskySettingsGeneral

API Configuration

Navigate to SunskySettingsAPI

Import Settings

Navigate to SunskySettingsImport

Price MarkupPercentage to add to Sunsky prices

Subscription Packages

Subscription Package management is available for ALL license types.

AI features within packages require an Extended License.

Manage vendor subscription packages:

  • Go to SunskyPackages
  • Create packages with different features
  • Set pricing and duration
  • Assign hot item limits and features
  • Product Management

    Importing Products

  • Go to SunskyImport
  • Select a category or search for products
  • Choose products to import
  • Select your store category
  • Click Import Selected
  • Managing Imported Products

    Products appear in SunskyProducts with:

    • Sync status indicator
    • Last update time
    • Stock level from Sunsky
    • Your selling price

    Price & Stock Synchronization

    The plugin automatically syncs:

    • Product prices (with your markup applied)
    • Stock availability
    • Product status (active/discontinued)
    Configure sync frequency in Settings.

    Order Management

    Processing Orders

  • Go to SunskyOrders
  • View orders with Sunsky products
  • Click an order to see details
  • Click Submit to Sunsky to place with supplier
  • Order Status

    SubmittedSent to Sunsky, awaiting confirmation
    ProcessingSunsky is preparing the order

    Vendor Management

    Approving Vendors

  • Go to Vendors in admin panel
  • Review pending vendor applications
  • Approve and assign subscription package
  • Vendor Permissions

    Control what vendors can access:

    • Product import limits
    • Hot items feature (Extended License)
    • AI features (Extended License)
    • Order placement
