Manage vendor subscriptions with tiered packages.

:::success Available for ALL License Types! Both Regular and Extended License holders can create and manage subscription packages. AI features within packages require an Extended License. :::

Overview

The subscription system allows you to monetize the Sunsky integration by offering tiered packages to vendors.

Creating Packages

Navigate to Admin → Sunsky → Packages → Create

Basic Information

Field	Description
Name	Display name (e.g., "Starter", "Pro")
Description	Package description
Price	Subscription price
Duration	Subscription length in days

Limit Settings

Limit	Description
Product Limit	Max products vendor can import
Category Limit	Max categories
Hot Items Limit	Max hot items viewable
Storage Limit	File storage in MB

Feature Toggles

Subscription Status

Active	Valid and usable
Expired	Subscription has ended
Cancelled	Vendor cancelled
Suspended	Admin suspended

Manual Subscription

For offline payments:

Go to Subscriptions → Create

Select vendor and package

Set payment status to "Paid"

Enter transaction reference

Save

Subscription Lifecycle

Expiration

When a subscription expires:

No new imports allowed

Existing products remain

Sync stops

AI features disabled

Data preserved for 30 days
