Client Store Guide

Guide for understanding the client-facing dropshipping store experience.

Store Access

Clients (contacts) can access the store from the Client Area:

  • Log in to Client Portal
  • Click Store in the navigation menu
  • Browse products and categories
  • Customer Journey

    Browsing Products

    • Homepage: Featured products and categories
    • Categories: Browse by product category
    • Search: Find products by keyword
    • Product Pages: Detailed product information

    Shopping Cart

  • Click Add to Cart on any product
  • View cart from header icon
  • Adjust quantities
  • Remove unwanted items
  • See cart total
  • Checkout Process

  • Review Cart: Confirm products and quantities
  • Shipping Address: Select or add address
  • Shipping Method: Choose delivery option
  • Place Order: Create Perfex invoice
  • Payment

  • Customer receives Perfex invoice
  • Pay using available payment gateways
  • Order is placed to Sunsky upon payment
  • Order Tracking

  • Go to My Orders
  • View order history and status
  • Click order for details
  • View tracking when shipped
  • Address Management

    Customers can save multiple shipping addresses:

  • Go to Addresses in client area
  • Add new addresses
  • Set default address
  • Edit or delete addresses
  • Order Statuses Explained
