Complete guide for administrators to configure and manage the Sunsky Dropshipping Module for Perfex CRM.

Dashboard Overview

After activation, you'll see a new Sunsky Store menu in your admin panel with these sections:

Dashboard - Overview of store performance
Settings - Module configuration
Sync - Category and product synchronization
Products - Manage synced products
Countries - Shipping country configuration
Orders - Customer orders
Sunsky Orders - Orders on Sunsky side
Billing - Account balance and billing
Logs - API activity logs

Settings Configuration

API Settings

Setting	Description
App Key	Your Sunsky application key
App Secret	Your Sunsky secret key (encrypted)
Test Connection	Verify API credentials

Store Settings

Setting	Description
Enable Store	Toggle store visibility in client area
Markup Type	Percentage or Fixed amount
Markup Value	Your profit margin
Currency	Store currency
Products Per Page	Pagination size

Order Settings

Setting	Description
Auto-Place Orders	Automatically place to Sunsky when invoice paid
Create Invoice Items	Add products as Perfex invoice line items
Show Out of Stock	Display unavailable products

Product Management

Syncing Products

Go to Sunsky Store → Sync

Click Sync Categories first

Select categories to import

Click Sync Products

Monitor progress

Managing Products

In Sunsky Store → Products:

View all synced products
Toggle active/inactive status
Mark products as featured
Edit product details
View sync status

Shipping Configuration

Enable Countries

Go to Sunsky Store → Countries

Click Fetch Countries from Sunsky

Enable countries you want to ship to

Configure shipping methods for each country

Order Management

Order Flow

Customer adds products to cart

Customer proceeds to checkout

Perfex invoice is created

Customer pays via Perfex payment gateway

Order is automatically placed to Sunsky (if enabled)

Track order status and shipping

Order Statuses

Ready to Place	Paid, waiting for Sunsky
Placed	Sent to Sunsky
Processing	Sunsky preparing order
Shipped	In transit
Delivered	Completed
API Failed	Sunsky error (can retry)

Best Practices

Regular Syncs: Setup cron for automatic price/stock updates

Monitor Logs: Check logs regularly for API errors
